Friday, October 27, the Association APIAA begins the V Conference of Medieval Archeology, which in this edition are devoted to the Archeology of Architecture.

• At 18:00 h. The Cathedral of Sigüenza and its cultural environment taught by José Juste Ballesta, architect. It will review the work carried out between 1998 and 2012 under its Master Plan whose intervention provided the opportunity to manage new operational instruments and the possibility of investigating spaces and factories normally not practicable. The interdisciplinary collaboration between archaeologists and architects managed to achieve the double objective of consolidating and revaluing the monument that is the object of intervention and carrying out the necessary scientific research.
• At 7:00 p.m. The history of art before the question of buildings and the sense of space given by Gerardo Boto Varela, professor at the University of Girona.

• Saturday, October 28, Excursion to the collegiate church of Santa María de Villanueva, San Pedro de Teverga and San Pedro de Arrojo (Quirós). The historian and archaeologist César García de Castro will guide the visits. Departure is scheduled at 9 a.m. from the bus stop on Calle Jovellanos de Oviedo, near Las Pelayas. The price is € 30 and includes entrance to the collegiate church of San Pedro and food in Teverga. The expected time of return is 19:00 h.
