At the Archaeological Museum of Asturias, the archaeologist Iván Muñiz will present a preview of the results of the research he is carrying out on the pre-Romanesque church of Santa Cristina de Lena and its territory. The study sheds new light on the profound mystery that has surrounded this emblematic church for two hundred years of research. It will also reveal the discovery of new pre-Romanesque pieces of great significance.

The event will be presented by the director of the Archaeological Museum, Mª Antonia Pedregal Montes, and will be attended by the director general of Heritage, Pablo León Gasalla, and the director of Cultural Heritage of the Archdiocese of Oviedo, Otilia Requejo Pagés.
