The Archaeological Museum of Asturias and the National Museum and Research Center of Altamira present the exhibition "South of Venus" in Rock Art Center of Tito Bustillo Ribadesella

"South of Venus" is about the development of the Gravettian period, between 29,000 and 20,000 years ago, a wide stage in which, from the material remains discovered it finds a certain homogeneity of the groups occupying the European continent with some interesting regional nuances.

The exhibition reflects the latest research on this period, showing the environmental conditions, material culture and rock art of the Cantabrian area Gravettian. South of Venus "will be open until August 26 in the Temporary Exhibition Hall of Centro de Arte Tito Bustillo.
